Working Drawings
Working drawing packages are essential in ensuring the contractor can price and build from a set of drawings that have been approved by Client and Designer. Working drawing packages include a range of plans, elevations and detailed drawings of the works required.
Building Regulations
Building Regulations are required to ensure designs are compliant. Not only can we produce building regulation drawing packages, we can also submit building control applications and liaise directly with the Building Control Officer.
Planning/Listed/Viability Drawings
We can prepare drawings required to submit for planning, listed and viability applications. We can also submit applications directly and liaise with all relevant parties involved in the process.
3D Visualisations & Walk Throughs
Sometimes it is hard to visualise designs, 3D visualisations help to bring the ideas to life and walk throughs allow Clients to experience their designs before they become a reality.
Premises Licenses
We can produce premises licensing plans that can be submitted to the Local Authority or to a solicitor, to allow the selling of alcohol and provide entertainment offers at your premises.
